FORMAX offers a huge range of multiaxial and unidirectional reinforcements to suit most applications, but above all FORMAX engineer and manufacture reinforcements that our customers want us to make - so most of our fabrics are still on our customer's drawing boards!
Carbon - FORMAX is the leading manufacturer of
carbon multiaxials. We manufacture a full range of standard multiaxial
and unidirectional carbon fabrics, plus many bespoke products that
are only possible with our unique fibre spreading technology.
E Glass - FORMAX offers a full range of standard e-glass multiaxial and unidirectional reinforcements. However, it is our ability to tailor these materials to each individual customer's requirements that makes FORMAX stand out. Be it tapered edges, tracer threads, tacky materials, high drape materials or materials optimised for infusion, FORMAX offers a solution.
Aramid and Hybrids - FORMAX is able to use a wide range of fibres, including Aramid. We are able to blend fibres to offer hybrid structures for our customers, often in aramid and e-glass, but also in aramid and carbon, and carbon and e-glass.
Fabrics for Infusion - FORMAX manufactures a wide range of fabrics for infusion, including a full range of stitched core fabrics, combining chopped fibres and various infusion cores.
